Edward Kenway’s comeback is live on Steam, and Black Flag Resynced has a full PC rundown
Ubisoft says the remake is Steam Deck Verified, supports offline play after installation, and ships in Standard and Deluxe editions priced at 59.99 €/$ and 69.99 €/$.

In a Steam news post, Ubisoft said Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced launched today on Steam and Steam Deck. The remake brings Edward Kenway’s pirate story back to the Caribbean, and Ubisoft also pointed players toward three deeper breakdowns covering parkour, stealth, combat, naval gameplay, and the changes built into this version.
The launch comes in two editions. The Standard Edition costs 59.99 €/$ and includes the game. The Deluxe Edition costs 69.99 €/$ and adds the Master Assassin Character pack, which includes a sword, pistol, and trinket with unique perks plus an Edward costume, along with the Master Assassin Naval pack, which adds a sail set, ship’s pet, crew attire, wheel, figurehead, and hull trim.
PC features
Ubisoft says the PC version is playable offline after installation and runs on an optimized, scalable engine. It also supports upscaling, frame generation, software ray tracing for systems without RT hardware, and graphics presets for handheld devices.
The spec chart stretches from 1080p and 30 FPS on Minimum to 4K and 60 FPS on Extreme. Ubisoft also lists 16GB of RAM, a 65GB SSD requirement, and Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11 support, with extra calls out for dynamic resolution, an in-game benchmark, uncapped framerates in gameplay and cutscenes, HDR, ultrawide support, and compatibility with AMD Eyefinity and Nvidia Surround.
