Fortnite’s Halloween event Fortnitemares returns this year. Same as the last year, in the eyes of Halloween, Epic Games’ decision was to return Fortnitemares in the new Chapter of Fortnite. Chapter 2 offers a vastly different map than Chapter 1, except for some POIs, for which it is quite intriguing to see all of the performed changes on the regular map.
The Fortnitemares event changes as lot. The main event itself brings a variety of monsters, including a monster named Storm King. He is a boss in Fortnitemares, and he brings an exceptional fight with decent mechanics. He includes multiple stages, and it’s probably the best that Epic Games have done.
The Storm King is part of Save the World, and he is strictly available in Fortnitemares. It doesn’t spawn in the regular game mode so that players could satisfy their Battle Royale hunger freely. The fight itself includes different phases so that it could add a diverse gameplay experience. This also makes the fight last a lot longer.
Unlike before, this Fortnitemares has a ton of challenges, and each one of them offers unique rewards. Therefore, with the Storm King on the way, it seems like they’re not going to be a simple task.
