Warhorse announced on X that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 had sold 6 million copies, reaching that mark about 16 months after launch. The studio marked the number by calling the community ‘6 million Henrys’ in its Warhorse’s announcement.
6 million Henrys. An achievement we couldn’t have reached alone.

The sequel had already moved 3 million copies in its first three months, so the pace has stayed strong for Warhorse’s medieval RPG. The original Kingdom Come: Deliverance launched in 2018, and Warhorse later said on X that it had sold over 10 million copies after seven years, putting the sequel more than halfway to that total.

That sales run also follows Warhorse’s decision to take a different path on the sequel instead of chasing bigger budgets in a recent development note.
