About the Attacker FB.2
This fighter-bomber variant features a Rolls-Royce Nene Mk.102 engine and a reinforced fuselage. It packs four 20 mm Hispano Mk.V cannons and can carry a payload of 12 RP-3 rockets or two bombs weighing 500 or 1000 lbs. Interestingly, while the original Attacker was designed for carrier operations, some versions were built for airfield use, including those supplied to Pakistan.
It’s a piece of aviation history that served Britain until 1957 and reportedly Pakistan until 1964. Ever wonder how a jet from the 1940s would hold up in today’s combat scenarios? Now’s your chance to find out.

Have you ever flown this jet in War Thunder? What’s your take on its performance compared to other rank V aircraft? I’m kinda curious if it still holds its own or if newer jets just outclass it completely. Feel free to share your thoughts below.
