Diablo 4’s latest Hotfix Fixes Major Bugs, Poison Nova, Rapid Fire, and More

Blizzard released a new Hotfix for Diablo 4 on June 20, which is bringing some bug fixes and improvements to the table. There are plenty of things to talk about in the most recent changes, so let’s take a look what’s going on.

If you’ve been wondering why the Poison Nova from Andariel’s Visage is dealing damage around you instead of your enemies, that’s because it was bugged. Visual effects were spot-on around enemies, but the actual damage was misplaced. Blizzard’s got it fixed, so now it hits where it should. Plus, it wasn’t even dealing the damage it was supposed to! Now, it’s hitting even harder, as intended.

Furthermore, salvaging items had a sneaky bug where if you Masterworked an item just once and then salvaged it, your materials would vanish into thin air. Well, good news, that’s sorted. You’ll get your materials back correctly now.

As for the skills, Rapid Fire wasn’t always firing the correct number of projectiles when both Scoundrel’s Kiss and the Repeating Aspect were equipped, which is now finally fixed. There are other changes too, and if you want to find the full patch notes, you can check below:
