Alright, Guardians, buckle up because Destiny 2: The Final Shape has landed, and you know what that means, and it’s time to hunt down those elusive Lost Ghosts. I’ve been grinding it recently quite a lot, and I must say that these spectral buddies are scattered throughout the game and are also tied to the Alone in the Dark quest chain. If you aim to snag that Khvostov 7G-0X, you must find these ghosts first.
First things first, you’ll need to get your missions from Micah-10. She’ll hand out these quests one at a time, and each one pushes you further along the “Alone in the Dark” quest chain. Remember, these Lost Ghosts are nestled inside Lost Sectors and have a faint orange glow. You can’t just stroll in and grab them – you need the quest active from Micah-10, and you can only snag one ghost at a time.
Blooming Deep
Your first stop is Blooming Deep. After going through a tight passage and dropping down onto a ledge, keep your eyes peeled for a tree – the first Lost Ghost is hanging out near it. The second one is trickier, perched on a large branch in the room right before you encounter the boss. Scout the area before you jump in for the fight.
Broken Deep
Next up, head to Broken Deep. After you crawl out of the vent, look for two identical machines standing side by side. The first Ghost is chilling between them. For the second one, you’ll need to find a walkway just before you face the boss. Climb up there, and you’ll spot the ghost.
Forgotten Deep
This one’s a bit of a pain – the Forgotten Deep. Ignore the market stalls; they’re not where you need to look. Instead, check near the tree to find the first Ghost. The second one is inside the boss room. When you walk in, you’ll see a tree – the ghost is close by.
Completing these quests is more than just a feather in your cap. The first few weekly completions from Micah-10 will reward you with Pale Heart weapons featuring Deepsight, perfect for crafting that ultimate Pro Memoria roll. So, if you’re serious about your loadout, it’s worth chasing down these ghosts.
