
Microsoft is continuing its 25th-anniversary celebration with new community-made profile designs, curated XBOX Game Pass collections, a profile badge, and the remaining dates for the 2026 XBOX FanFest Tour. The updates were announced in XBOX’s August 3 announcement.
The new designs come from community creators Klobrille and Ben Kenobi. Their collection includes gamerpics, backgrounds, and a dynamic theme for XBOX consoles, with the designs available now.

How to use the new XBOX designs
- Console gamerpic and theme: Open Settings ‘ Profile ‘ Customize profile, then select a design.
- Console dynamic background: Go to Settings ‘ General ‘ Personalization ‘ My background ‘ Dynamic background.
- XBOX app on PC gamerpic: Open View Profile and select the pencil icon over the current gamerpic.
- XBOX app on PC theme: Open View Profile ‘ Customize profile, then choose a theme.
Players can also share their own XBOX-inspired creations by tagging @XBOX with #XBOX25.
The XBOX 25th Anniversary badge is available now
Signing in to an XBOX account on console, PC, or the XBOX mobile app will grant the XBOX 25th Anniversary profile badge. The badge is available ahead of XBOX’s 25th anniversary on November 15 and can be displayed on a profile through the end of 2026.
Game Pass gets anniversary collections

Curated XBOX Game Pass collections will bring together games from the original XBOX, XBOX 360, XBOX One, and XBOX Series X|S eras. The collections will be playable on console and/or PC, depending on each game’s availability.
The anniversary selection includes Fable Anniversary, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Fallout 4, and Psychonauts 2, alongside other games from the platform’s history.
XBOX FanFest Tour dates

The XBOX FanFest Tour began in Los Angeles during the XBOX Games Showcase. The remaining stops are scheduled for the following dates:
- Cologne, Germany: August 26 during gamescom
- Tokyo, Japan: September 17 during Tokyo Game Show
- London, U.K.: September 26
- Mexico City, Mexico: October 17
- Sydney, Australia: October 17
- Toronto, Canada: November 6
- Seattle, U.S.: More information is coming soon
Tickets for each stop will be awarded through city-specific sweepstakes. The XBOX.com FanFest page contains entry details and the latest information for each event.
