Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Allies and Adversaries Event Is Live Through October 13

The Depths of the Damned update is now live with the Terror in the Depths campaign, Spillway, the Prophet of Decay, and a Krieg 158th cosmetic rotation arriving at 16:00 CEST.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide has opened its Allies and Adversaries live event alongside the now-live Depths of the Damned update. Players can work through the Terror in the Depths campaign, enter the new Spillway mission, and face the Prophet of Decay. Players can also review the six new weapon variants and broad class balance changes in the full Patch 1.13.0 notes.

Allies and Adversaries rewards include a new insignia

The event runs through October 13. To make progress, players must complete all of the Terror in the Depths campaign missions. Rewards include Plasteel, Ordo Dockets, Diamantine, and a brand-new Insignia.

The free update also brings its new weapons and story content online. Spillway sends strike teams into the depths beneath Hive Tertium, where the mission’s branching routes eventually lead to the Prophet of Decay. The mission’s route system was previously detailed in the branching Spillway mission preview.

Krieg 158th cosmetics arrive at 16:00 CEST

Commodore’s Vestures will also receive a new premium cosmetic rotation based on the Death Korps of Krieg 158th Regiment. That rotation will go live later on September 29 at 16:00 CEST, so it will arrive after the update’s main content is already available.
