War Thunder is leaning into the United States’ 250th anniversary with a short window of discounts, store packs, and rewards tied to US vehicles. The promotion runs from July 3 at 11:00 GMT to July 6 at 11:00 GMT.
US premium vehicles are half off
The in-game shop’s USA > Aviation / Army > Premium vehicles section includes a 50% cut on three vehicles. The discounted lineup includes the M26E1 for 3,740 Golden Eagles, the F-86F-35 for 4,635 Golden Eagles, and the AV-8B (NA) for 4,810 Golden Eagles.
Gaijin said the AV-8B (NA) is returning for purchase and will go back to its full price of 9,620 Golden Eagles after the promotion ends. The other two vehicles are only available during the event.
Store packs and earnable rewards
The Gaijin Store also has the XM1 (Chrysler) and USS Bennion packs on offer, along with a “Made in USA” bundle that includes both and a unique title. That store promotion runs from July 3 at 11:00 GMT to July 10 at 11:00 GMT.
Buying any American pack available on all platforms during the promotion grants the “Founding Snail” decal. Players can also earn a set of limited-time rewards by using US vehicles in battles from July 3 at 11:00 GMT to July 6 at 11:00 GMT.
Those rewards include the “250th Anniversary” decal for 3,000 mission points in US vehicles of rank III or higher, the “First Navy Jack” ship flag for 10,000 mission points in US ships of rank III or higher, a “250th Anniversary” camouflage for the F/A-18E for 10,000 mission points in US aircraft of rank III or higher, and a “250th Anniversary” camouflage for the M1A1 HC for 10,000 mission points in US ground vehicles of rank III or higher.
