VALORANT Patch 13.02 Raises Phoenix’s Ultimate Cost and Adds Three Retake Maps
The update also delays AROS: Replication and fixes agent, Summit, PC, and console issues.

Riot’s official VALORANT Patch 13.02 notes outline a small Phoenix balance adjustment, three new maps for Retake, and a long list of bug fixes across PC and console. The patch also delays AROS: Replication, with Riot saying it is still targeting a future release date.
Phoenix’s ultimate will require seven points instead of six. Riot said the change is meant to reduce how often he can cast Run it Back and bring that frequency closer to other agents.
Retake is gaining Split, Corrode, and Lotus. The update also addresses problems affecting agents such as Omen, KAY/O, Cypher, Gekko, Chamber, Waylay, and Jett, along with an interaction between Agent utility and a door on Summit.
