The First Descendant’s August Events Will Help Returning and Low-Rank Descendants Catch Up

The First Descendant will add two player-support events after the August 20, 2026 PDT update, giving qualifying returning Descendants one-time missions and offering lower-Mastery-Rank players a guided path toward a complete Ultimate Bunny build. Nexon outlined the schedule in its official Steam event notice.

Players can find both events by opening the in-game menu with ESC and selecting Event. The Descendant Mission Board is also accessible through its dedicated shortcut or by speaking with the BB-On NPC.

Back to Albion runs through November 11

Back to Albion will run after the August 20 PDT update until November 11, 2026, at 22:59 PST. It is aimed at returning Descendants who logged in after August 17, 2026, at 19:00 PDT and had not logged in during the 30 days before that login date.

Eligibility will be checked when the event begins. Players who stop playing after the start date and later reach a 30-day absence will not become eligible for the returning-player rewards.

The special missions can each be completed once during the event period. Their objectives and rewards are:

• S3 Axion Plains I: Complete one Axion Plains Battlefield Mission to receive 1 Refined Axium Crystal, 1 Growth Support Box IV, and 1 Crystallization Catalyst.
• S3 Axion Plains II: Complete the Axion Plains Wall Crasher Intercept Battle once for 3 Trigger Module Selection Box G, 1 Growth Support Box IV, and 1 Crystallization Catalyst.
• S3 Axion Plains III: Complete one S3 Axion Plains Infiltration Operation to earn 3 Ancestors Module Loot III and 1 Crystallization Catalyst. Each loot item grants one Ancestors Module from any Descendant, including Raven.
• S3 Breach Tracking: Complete Breach Tracking once for 40 Dimensional Stabilization Key, 1 Growth Support Box IV, 1 Currency Supply Box, 1,000,000 Gold, and 100,000 Kuiper Shard.
• S3 Growth Improvement I: Shape Amorphous Materials 10 times, with any material type counting, to receive 50 Archive Shard and 1 Crystallization Catalyst.
• S3 Growth Improvement II: Acquire Archive Shards 200 times to earn 1 Raven Ancestors Module Loot III and 1 Crystallization Catalyst.
• S3 Onslaught: Complete Stage 1 of Onslaught once for 1 Raven Ancestors Module Loot III, 5 Ultimate Alignment Device, and 1 Vulgus Bio Data Chip.
• S3 Bounty Operations: Complete one Bounty Operation to receive 2 Ultimate Alignment Device.
• S4 Mega Dungeon: Complete Karel’s Mothership at any difficulty for 4 Ultimate Alignment Device.
• S4 Trials: Complete one round of Trials to receive 4 Ultimate Alignment Device.

Every Growth Support Box IV contains one 50% Gold Boost, 50% Kuiper Shard Boost, 50% Descendant EXP Boost, 50% Weapon Proficiency Boost, and 50% Unique Arche Factor EXP Boost, each lasting one hour.

Boost Path builds Ultimate Bunny for lower Mastery Ranks

Boost Path: Ultimate Bunny Build Guide will be available after the August 20 PDT update through November 16, 2026, at 22:59 PST. Descendants at Mastery Rank 20 or lower can start it, and the event will continue for players who rank up after beginning the path.

Open the Inventory and select Boost Path: Ultimate Bunny Build Guide to display its quest list. The quests can be completed while playing as Bunny or Ultimate Bunny. Finishing the path assembles the Ultimate Bunny Electric Condense build.

The path contains 13 chapters, with each chapter adding objectives tied to story and progression:

Chapter 1 includes Storm Cage, Thunder Cage, Hammer and Anvil, and Blue Beetle, along with a Tingling Mixture Reactor, a four-piece Slayer External Component set, four types of Ultimate Viessa Research Materials, and Bunny’s Electric Condense Transcendent Module. Detailed objectives and rewards for the other chapters can be checked in-game.

Players who already finished the Main Quest may see some Boost Path quests complete automatically. During the Auto Build Setup stage, the event will overwrite the active loadout, including its Modules. Copy an existing setup to another Loadout slot or save it as a preset first if you want to keep it.

Event timing and reward delivery

If server maintenance begins on an event’s final day, that event will end when maintenance starts. Claimed rewards sent by mail should arrive in the Mailbox within 10 minutes, but they must be collected before they expire. Nexon also noted that event-earned items may be distributed differently in the future.
