THE FINALS has received Hotfix 11.4.1, a Steam-only client update focused on a common hang or crash during startup. Embark Studios shared the change in its Steam announcement, with no gameplay adjustments included in the one-item fix.

Players launching through Steam are the only ones affected by this hotfix. The update targets the problem before a match begins, while other versions of the game are outside its scope.
