Team Fortress 2 Update Reworks cp_holyhell and Buffs Zombie Pyro
The 5-minute timer comes with new spell rules on cp_holyhell, while Zombie Pyro's melee damage rises from 45 to 65.

Team Fortress 2’s latest update gives cp_holyhell a faster pace, lowering its round timer to 5 minutes and changing the spell cycle around middle control. Zombie Pyro also hits harder, Sticky Spew slows players, and Zombie Sniper’s spit cooldown drops from 9 seconds to 6.
Spells now enable and respawn permanently on the side of the team that loses middle, and the stalemate state turns them into rare variants with very fast respawns until a point is captured. In tight spaces, Zombie Engineer’s Beacon now tries to place itself at the closest valid location instead of breaking immediately. The official Team Fortress 2 update notice confirms the patch has been released and will apply automatically when players restart the game.
