STALCRAFT: X’s August 14 Hotfix Will Limit Repeat Coliseum Matchups

STALCRAFT: X will receive an August 14, 2026 hotfix focused on Coliseum matchmaking and ranked availability. EXBO announced that the changes are planned to apply without a server restart in its Steam announcement.

The new protection will stop players from facing the same opponents again for 10 minutes in EU servers and 1 minute in NA, NEA, and SEA. EXBO also provided revised ranked time windows for each region, although the notice does not identify a timezone for the clock ranges.

The scheduled hotfix follows the Coliseum ranking season that began on August 12, as well as the late-July update that addressed Coliseum matchmaking and class balance.

Coliseum will block quick rematches

Once the hotfix takes effect, the rematch rule will use a player’s last match as its reference point. EU players will have a 10-minute protection period, while players on NA, NEA, and SEA servers will wait 1 minute before the same opponents can appear again.

That change targets repeated pairings without taking the game servers offline. Ranked availability will also be divided into different windows depending on the region and day of the week.

The biggest changes in the August 14 entry affect Coliseum matchmaking and ranked access. The official notes also confirm that the changes will be applied without restarting the game servers.

Without restarting game servers, the following changes have been applied to Coliseum mode:

Updated protection against frequent rematches: you won’t face the same opponents again within 10 minutes for EU and 1 minute for NA, NEA, and SEA servers (based on your last match).

Sat–Sun: 12:00 PM – 4:00 AM.

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM;
Sat–Sun: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM.

SEA and NEA:
Mon–Fri: 9:30 PM – 1:30 AM;
Sat–Sun: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 9:30 PM – 3:30 AM.
