PS5 Gets 10 New Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Aircraft

The week of September 28 lineup also updates four existing PS5 aircraft and adds new Marketplace listings for PC and Xbox.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024’s Marketplace update for the week of September 28 lists 10 new aircraft for PS5, split between five first-party planes and five other aircraft. The official Marketplace update also lists a new bundle and four PS5 aircraft updates. The previous week’s PS5 batch listed 5 new aircraft, so this cycle doubles that count.

10 new aircraft arrive on PS5

Microsoft / iniBuilds and Microsoft / Oliver Moser supply five historical aircraft, each priced at 60 SC. The other five entries range from the RmStudios BOEING 737MAX 9 at 28 SC to Just Flight’s PA28 Arrow III at 184 SC.

The Marketplace listing also reports the days between creator sign-off and release for the five non-first-party aircraft. The PA28 Arrow III took 2 days, while the AC-130J Ghostrider and BOEING 737MAX 9 each took 14. The Boeing 777-200/200ER PW took 13 days, and the TL-Ultralight Sirius Floats took 3.

FSReborn’s TL-Ultralight Sirius Bundle is listed at 132 SC with the status “Marketplace Update.” Four existing aircraft also have PS5 updates: Carenado’s DO228 for 100 SC, FSReborn’s FSR300E for 160 SC, the Hawker 800XP from MSFS Presents FlightFX for 148 SC, and SimWorks Studios’ Kodiak 100 for 160 SC.

PC and Xbox get a wider batch

The PC and Xbox listings cover 28 new products across first-party aircraft, additional aircraft, liveries, missions, bundles, and an airport. Two RHDSimulations Boeing 767 models are already available on PC and listed as new on Xbox. Black Square’s Commander 114 is new on both platforms, while the Grumman AA-5 Series from BlueSky Hangar is new on PC.

Koschi contributes eight Beautiful Canyons missions, along with the Bundle-Panamericana mission. Perfect Flight adds 12LEGS – ITY SUMMER 2026 and Guided Tours – New Zealand VFR. The other additions include three livery packs, four bundles and packs, and RmStudios’ 08R Richmond Airport.

The PC and Xbox update list names 11 aircraft, one livery, one miscellaneous add-on, and seven airports. Among the aircraft are the Airbus A330-900 NEO, Dassault Rafale C, and PMDG 737-800. The airport updates include London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Chicago O’Hare, Milan Malpensa, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Mt. Everest Phaplu. Some platform statuses differ: the FSR300E update is listed for Xbox, while the Rafale C update is also marked for Xbox.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is included too

The 2020 edition gets nine new listings, including Microsoft / iniBuilds’ Airbus BelugaXL and Orbx’s X-59A QueSST. Its other additions include the Commander 114, Grumman AA-5 Series, two Perfect Flight missions, the 777-300 MASTER COLLECTION, Ground Services 2020, and EDRW Dierdorf Wienau. The Grumman is listed as new on PC, while the other entries are marked new on PC and Xbox.

The same section lists updates for 10 aircraft, eight missions, Ground Services, and two airports. It also reports a 349-product Marketplace backlog for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
