Pokémon GO appears to have another visual change for its IV appraisal screen. In a side-by-side comparison, the newer appraisal panel appears on the right, with bars that look thinner and smoother than the older version.
They changed IV bars again

The update also changes the text sizing for Attack, Defense, and HP. The adjustment does not indicate that Pokémon stats or appraisal calculations have changed. Based on the available evidence, this is a user-interface tweak rather than a gameplay change.
The latest update appears to be behind the new look, which feels smoother than the previous version. However, the update version, rollout scope, and Scopely’s intent have not been confirmed. Players who were already used to the classic IV bars may need a little time to adjust to another pass on the same screen.
For now, the change seems limited to how the appraisal information is presented. The familiar three-stat breakdown remains in place, but its bars and labels have received another visual pass.
