Water takes the spotlight in PlayStation’s latest Share of the Week roundup, bringing six photo mode moments together across lakes, rivers, coastlines, and flooded paths. The selection shows how differently games can use the same theme, from quiet reflections to characters pushing through deep water.
Six games, six takes on water
A mirror-like lake gives Forza Horizon 5 a calm opening image. The entry from honeysinghzzz places the car and its reflection almost evenly across the water, turning a driving scene into a carefully framed landscape.

Metal Gear Solid Delta Snakeater takes the theme in a darker direction. Snake wades through woodland water beneath a waterfall in JAA_PhMode_0510‘s image, with the rain and muted colors adding weight to the scene.
Autumn light changes the mood in Ghost of Tsushima, where Jin pauses along a river in the contribution from fwto_. Golden trees and still water make the setting feel peaceful without losing the game’s sense of place.

Horizon Forbidden West puts Aloy directly into the water. DarrellNeloms‘s capture frames her wading through a wide body of water, with the blue surface and distant cliffs carrying most of the image’s atmosphere.

A beach island view from Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced closes out the scenic side of the roundup. The image from ps5_gamerspov leans into bright water, palm trees, and a small boat near the shore.
The final selection comes from Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, with rorottino showing Sam walking through a creek. Together, the six entries cover reflections, traversal, combat-ready movement, and wide coastal views without straying from the Water theme.
PlayStation’s next theme will be Seasons. Submissions are due by 11:59 PM PT on September 16, 2026, and players can also browse games featuring Photo Mode for ideas.
