PlayStation has announced 2 Grand Theft Auto VI Limited-Edition DualSense Wireless Controllers, and the buying schedule is already set. Both will be available on November 19, 2026, alongside the game’s planned release. Preorders open September 10 at 7:00 a.m. PT and 10:00 a.m. ET through the PlayStation online storefront and participating retailers. Each controller has an $84.99 MSRP in the U.S., while the U.K. price is £74.99.

U.S. shoppers can begin at PlayStation Direct when preorders open. Buyers in the U.K., France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg can order at 10:00 a.m. local time. Portugal is the exception, with buyers directed to the PlayStation hardware store page instead.
The two controllers will be sold in limited quantities, so anyone set on a particular color will want to be ready when the listings go live. On PlayStation Direct, the products should be available through the PS5 Accessories and Controllers & Remotes sections. Searching for Grand Theft Auto VI Black Limited Edition or Grand Theft Auto VI White Limited Edition should also surface the relevant listing once the pages are active.
Prices and controller designs
Each limited-edition controller costs $84.99 in the U.S. or £74.99 in the U.K. That puts the themed accessories above the regular DualSense, which has a $69.99 recommended retail price before discounts or special offers. The premium covers the custom finish and branding rather than any announced change to the controller’s core hardware.
One design uses a black shell with purple and blue accents, while the other has a white shell with similar color details. Both draw from Vice City’s bright days and neon-lit nights, using a shimmery two-tone finish across the middle section, neon purple face-button legends and D-pad arrows, and Vice City etchings around the grips and controls. Palm-leaf details are worked into the controller shells and the center of the large “VI” mark across each touchpad. Shimmering finishes and custom-molded palm tree decals complete the look in PlayStation’s official reveal.
Both designs keep the standard DualSense features
The color options are cosmetic rather than separate hardware editions. Both remain DualSense wireless controllers with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, features that Grand Theft Auto VI is slated to use for driving, crashes, and combat.
For now, the reveal is limited to the 2 DualSense designs. No matching console or faceplates appear alongside them, so fans will have to wait for any additional themed accessories.
