Phasmophobia’s 13 Willow Street Rework Is Live With a New Ghost and Faster Investigations
Version 0.18.0.0 adds the Deildegast, PC equipment keybinds, improved evidence photos, VR changes, and a wide range of fixes.

Phasmophobia version 0.18.0.0 is now available, bringing the reworked 13 Willow Street map and the first Quality of Life update planned for 2026. Kinetic Games detailed the release in its official Steam announcement.
The map keeps its original layout, but several rooms have new purposes and their flow has been adjusted. The update also adds the Deildegast, a new Ghost with a higher chance of appearing in contracts during the first few weeks after release.
There are plenty of smaller changes to make investigations move more quickly. PC players can bind the 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys to equipment slots, while every platform can assign a button for inspecting the Watch. Evidence collection also gets a pass, with EMF Level 5 now eligible for its own photo and improved prioritization when multiple types of media appear in one shot.
Photo Cameras now use a highlight frame like Video Cameras. Tier 2 and Tier 3 models show an on-screen indicator, while the Tier 1 camera changes its light from red to green. VR players receive new animations, a more useful equipment belt, and revised turning behavior. Console players can also toggle Eye Adaptation through the settings.
The full changelog is below.
