PAYDAY 3’s Double Infamy Event Runs Through Nov. 9

Players below the Infamy cap can earn skill points faster, while max-level players can keep building Renown for rewards or Crimebond items.

PAYDAY 3’s Double Infamy event is live through Nov. 9, giving players a quicker way to build Infamy and earn skill points. The Steam announcement gives the event’s end time as 18:00 CET, 09:00 PST, and 13:00 EST.

The boost is running alongside PAYDAY 3’s Free Weekend and Sale event. Players who have not reached the Infamy cap can progress toward new skill points faster. Reaching the cap does not end the reward loop, since continued play builds Renown, which can earn rewards or be spent to steal an item from a Crimebond.

That Renown option has appeared in recent Crimebonds. The Guns Blazin’ Crimebond, for example, let players spend Renown to unlock select items, with the currency returned if they later bought the DLC.
