Players who already own Palworld can still use the bundle to buy RuneScape: Dragonwilds at the reduced price. Windrose already appeared in a June Palworld bundle that offered a 10% discount, which makes the conflicting names in the new notice especially noticeable.
The practical takeaway is simple, even if the naming is not. The current offer described in the announcement is for Palworld and RuneScape: Dragonwilds, while Windrose appears only in the notice title.
