Overwatch 2 has received a new update to fix a Shambali collision exploit. This has resulted in a small percentage of players getting stuck, and Blizzard has found a way to deploy a hotfix. This issue has been caused to a small group of players, and for that reason, Blizzard was pushed to make another alteration regarding matchmaking, and that is to take precautions to avoid any potential unintentional penalties for players.
