Once Human Version 3.0.7 Will Add Free Reshaping and Targeted Animal Breeding
Maintenance is scheduled for 4:00 PM PT on September 28, with rewards including 1,000 Starchrom and a choice among 3 dog Deviations.
Once Human Version 3.0.7 is scheduled to arrive after server maintenance on September 28, bringing free character reshaping, targeted animal breeding, new seasonal events, Custom Server changes, and a long list of fixes. Maintenance is planned for 4:00 PM PT and should last about 2 hours, although the server opening time may vary. The Beastmaster changes build on the earlier Beastmaster feature preview, which outlined the September 28 rollout of three-animal summoning and multi-animal Beast Whistle commands.
After maintenance, players will receive 1,000 Starchrom, 100 Mitsuko’s Mark, 1 Stardust Secret Crate·S14 (Epic), and 1 Dog Selection Crate. The crate lets players choose 1 of 3 limited Deviations, Labrador, Blackback, or Doberman, at Deviation Level and Stability Level 3. The Golden Autumn Harvest event will also offer a Level 5 version of a selectable Deviation.
The update download is approximately 4.57 GB on the PS5 launcher and 17 MB in-game, 4.45 GB on the Xbox launcher and 19 MB in-game, 3.28 GB for the PC launcher and 247 MB in-game, 517 MB on Android, and 541 MB on iOS. The announcement warns that Steam players could face duplicate downloads if the platform push is delayed. The full Steam announcement recommends using Wi-Fi for the update.
Free reshaping and new animal features
After the update, facial reshaping, body reshaping, and hairstyle dyeing will no longer consume items. Chrysalis Tokens and Butterfly Dye will be removed from the shop, while existing items in a player’s backpack can be converted into Colorful Badges. The gender-change item Metamorphosis Token will also cost 300 Crystgin.
Players who bought the affected items within the 3 months before the update will receive refunds or price-difference compensation through in-game mail. The new Targeted Breeding option lets players interact with a Youngling Hut, select the feature, and manually choose the parent animals. Each territory can contain a maximum of 5 Youngling Huts, and those facilities cannot be built in RV or water territories in the upcoming Isles of Abyss scenario.
The Beastmaster class will be able to summon 3 animals at the same time, while other classes remain limited to 1. Beastmasters can also command multiple summoned animals with a single Beast Whistle.
Golden Autumn events begin September 29
Golden Autumn Harvest and Frames of Wonder will run from September 29 through October 14 in server time. Golden Autumn Harvest grants 1 Golden Leaf automatically at 6:00 AM server time each day. Collecting enough leaves unlocks permanent weapon cosmetics and a Level 5 selectable gift box with Labrador, Blackback, Doberman, Flame Essence – Golden Toad, Brave George, Rain Man – Youthful Heart, Whalepup, or Soul Summoner.
Frames of Wonder adds daily check-in photo tasks at 6:00 AM server time. Players can visit marked locations to take the required pictures and earn an Epic Stardust Secret Crate·S14, critter expressions, avatars, and other rewards. Event Island will also feature animal riding, with the Chaoshan Beef Hot Pot recipe available through the event rewards.
Custom Servers and returning Lightforge crates
The Custom Server Host Incentive Event will run from September 30 through October 30 PT. Server hosts can take part through the Community Creation Program event tab and earn a share of dynamic bonus payouts based on their Engagement Score and overall Custom Server net revenue.
Custom Server Engagement Rewards will run from October 1 through October 31 in server time. Players can unlock the full reward track after 150 minutes of playtime, with Stardust Secret Crate·S14 rewards, Crystgin Tokens, and other items available along the way. Version 3.0.7 also adds Custom Server sharing and quick entry through an image or link.
The Autumn Gleam Lightforge Loot Crate return will bring back Aureate Gala, Thunder Overlord, Scorching Craving, Nightbloom Sect, and Youthful Glory. Players can choose up to 3 of the 5 crates, receive 3 opening keys, and retain previous draw progress. The original draw probabilities, redemption costs, and guarantee systems remain unchanged.
The next update is scheduled for October 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM PT. It will introduce the Isles of Abyss ocean survival scenario and the Isles of Abyss: RaidZone ocean map.

Free Character Reshaping!
“On the continent of Nalcott, expressing yourself has never been simpler!”
After the September 28 update (PT), facial and body reshaping as well as hairstyle dyeing will be completely free and will no longer consume any items. The items “Chrysalis Token” and “Butterfly Dye” will be withdrawn from the entire shop, and you can convert existing items in the backpack into Colorful Badges. Additionally, the price of the gender-change item “Metamorphosis Token” will be reduced to 300 Crystgin.
Furthermore, Metas who purchased the above items within 3 months before the update will receive corresponding refunds or price difference compensation, which will be automatically distributed via mail after the update.

New Feature: Territory Animal Targeted Breeding
To make it easier for everyone to breed their desired animal younglings, we are officially introducing the Animal Targeted Breeding feature in this update.
After the update, Metas simply need to interact with the “Youngling Hut” facility within their territory and select the “Targeted Breeding” option from the menu. Once in the breeding interface, Metas can manually select and add the parent animals to breed.
*Please note that after the update, a maximum of 5 Youngling Huts can be built in each territory. Youngling Huts cannot be built in the RV or on water territories in the upcoming scenario “Isles of Abyss”.
Beastmaster Class Can Now Summon 3 Animals Simultaneously
Based on feedback from Metas, the Beastmaster can now summon 3 animals simultaneously (the simultaneous summon limit for non-Beastmaster classes is 1).
Additionally, after the update, the Beastmaster can use a single Beast Whistle to command multiple animals at once. Going forward, we will continue to optimize the behavior logic of summoned animals to make their responses to Beast Whistle commands more natural and reasonable.
Custom Server Updates
1. [Custom Server] Server Host Incentive Event Returns
Event Period: September 30 – October 30 (PT)
How to Participate: In the game, go to Custom Server > Community Creation Program > Event tab to view and participate in the server host exclusive revenue event.
Rules: During the event, server hosts simply need to focus on managing their servers and growing their “Engagement Score” to share in the exclusive dynamic bonus payouts from the overall net revenue of custom servers.
2. Custom Server Engagement Rewards
To thank Metas for your continued company and support of the Custom Server, we have optimized the reward unlock conditions. After the event update, you can claim all rewards by playing on the Custom Server for just 150 minutes! A lighter event with easier reward unlocks!

Experience Optimizations
Class
Increased the plantable quantity for the Gardener class in the Wilderness. The number of outdoor plantable spots per Gardener class has been increased from 50 to 100.
Cosmetics
1. Optimized the trail VFX and SFX of the vehicle skin “Shadow Trace”.
2. Optimized the preset body type parameters of the male template in Face Templates.
3. The Face (face shape/body type, etc.) and Outfits (fashion/backpack, etc.) interfaces have been merged into the Presets entry in the Cosmetics interface. You can now switch directly between Outfits and Face editing without returning to the Cosmetics interface.
4. Outfits now support saving the currently active Fashion Trait and Standing Action configuration.
5. Optimized the sort rules of the Makeup interface. Unlocked Makeup will now be sorted to the front.
6. Adjusted the function of the Floor Mirror in the territory. It will now directly enter the editing interface of the currently active Face Preset.
7. To allow Metas to manage cosmetics combinations more conveniently and consistently, we have merged hairstyle dye data into the Outfits Presets for storage (current Outfits already include hairstyle information) and no longer bind it to Face Presets. After the update, newly saved Face Preset preview images will no longer include hairstyle and hairstyle dye data.
8. Optimized the coloring effects of character eyebrows, beards, and eyelashes.
9. Abyssal Touch Set adds a new tentacle storage form:
After the update, Metas who own the Abyssal Touch Set can go to the Actions page to equip “Abyssal Touch: Transformation”. After playing this action from the Wheel in the Wilderness, the Abyssal Touch Set Top will switch to the mechanical tentacle transformation form. Play the action again to recover. This form-switching action works for any level and gender of the Abyssal Touch Set.
10. Added Fashion Traits for the Music Frenzy and Extreme Heatwave Sets.
Events
Adjusted the redeem rewards of the Astral Dewlets event. To better suit Metas’ Explore needs, “Sanity Gummy” in the original redemption has now been replaced with “Malt Ale.”
First Person Mode
Optimized the animation transitions and VFX when gathering trees and minerals in First Person Mode.
Deviation
Optimized the skill descriptions of Combat Deviations and added explanations of the special statuses caused by skills. Metas can now more clearly understand the specific values and combat abilities of each Deviation.
Territory
Optimized the model performance of the “Coffee Maker” facility in territory and the “Coffee Maker” facility refreshed in the Wilderness.
Item
1. Greatly increased the corrosion speed when the corrosive agent is activated, making it easier for Metas to use the corrosive agent to craft spoiled dishes.
2. Optimized the description text of the Bait Box, making it easier for Metas to understand the specific rules.
3. Expanded the mutagens available for fusing the Hydronaut Fish · Evergreen trait. You can now use Salmon [Cosmoglow], Longnose Gar [Quicksilver], Mackerel [Jade], Arowana [Iridescence], Carp [Shimmergold], and Sea Bass [Crimson] to fuse the corresponding Evergreen trait Hydronaut Fish.
4. Added an unlocked indicator for formulas, making it easier for Metas to determine the unlock status of formulas during trading.
5. To prevent losses from attempting to obtain batteries when the battery max limit has been reached, the following actions cannot be performed when the battery max limit is reached: selling items in NPC shops, face-to-face battery trading, claiming battery earnings from online trading, and obtaining battery earnings from vending machines.
Settings
1. Added a “120 Frame Rate Mode” switch to the graphics settings options on console. When your display device supports it, enabling this option provides a more stable and smooth frame rate experience.
2. Added text size settings options for chat text and subtitle text on PC and console. You can go to Settings – Graphics – Font to complete the setup.
Others
1. Now, when using a controller on console, items with a quantity of 1 can now be stored or retrieved one press at a time.
2. Optimized the smoothness of controller menu navigation when switching selection/moving the cursor on console.
3. Added a menu display range adjustment feature, making it easier to adapt the menu’s display region ratio on screen.
Bug Fixes
Cosmetics
1. Fixed an issue where the Plum Shadow Bath furniture item could not be used by three or more players simultaneously.
2. Fixed an issue where dye did not work on the Golden Shore Pool furniture item.
Territory
1. Fixed an occasional lag/frame drop issue when Metas approached the territory, moved within the territory, or teleported to the territory.
2. Fixed an issue where territory construction could not use supplies from storage boxes in some cases.
3. Fixed an issue where the wallpaper category displayed incorrectly for roof structures in Cosmetics Edit Mode.
4. Fixed an issue where resource consumption was incorrectly calculated when multiple territories were connected and shared storage permissions. After the update, when Metas build in their own territory and move the [target building] to an adjacent friend’s territory to construct it, they will consume their own materials.
Deviation
To ensure Metas have the most accurate information for tactical combos and calculating gains, we have conducted a dedicated review and correction of the skill descriptions for certain Deviations. Please note: the following changes do not include any numerical reduction, so Metas can rest assured.
1. Fixed an incorrect description for Voodoo Doll’s ultimate and applied a minor enhancement. The actual Status DMG Multiplier has been increased from 200% Psi Intensity + 10 to 250% Psi Intensity (based on the effect at Skill Rating 5), and the text has been corrected (the original text stated a Status DMG Multiplier of 500%).
2. Fixed an incorrect description for Soul Summoner’s ultimate. The Weapons Vulnerability text in the description has been corrected from 40% to the actual 34% (based on the effect at Skill Rating 5).
