No Man’s Sky FORSAKEN Adds Organic Salvage and Biomechanical Corvettes

Players can recover strange mementos from space wrecks, trade them for ship parts, and take on package courier missions.

Hello Games released No Man’s Sky’s FORSAKEN update on October 28, 2026, adding haunted salvage runs and new ways to build a biomechanical Corvette. The release details appear in the Xbox Wire announcement.

Players can search derelict hulks and infested outposts for preserved organic matter, then summon Forsaken traders at deep-space outposts to exchange recovered mementos for eerie Corvette parts. New habitats, cockpits, and structural pieces give builders more ways to create a ship with a disturbing, biological look. Package courier missions offer another reason to take a Corvette out into space.

The scavenging rewards extend beyond ships. Travellers can earn a larva tank helmet and purchase a larva cannon Multi-Tool in exchange for preserved grubs.

FORSAKEN follows September’s Cosmos update, which added player-owned stations and new space activities. This update also brings direct star-to-star flight, a minimal HUD mode for advanced players, and radial weapon selection.
