New World players jokingly asking developers for more exploits

It’s all about the laughs. New World has recently suffered from a nasty Hatchet bug that allows players to stack their damage to 300% extra, which traverses to a horrible PvP environment. Outpost Rush queues are currently full of them, and it’s a priority fix AGS still hasn’t addressed. All of the recent issues with the game have put players into a savage mode which started asking developers for “better and more diverse exploits.”

The bug allows players to gain an absurd amount of damage from the hatchet perk “Against All Odds” after killing a few mobs. My Outpost Rush matches have been full of these kinds of players, abusing the decisive outcome to clinch a win. I could only imagine what would happen in wars, as Amazon Games is already two days late on fixing this issue.

New World players have already started asking developers to provide them with other weapon exploits in response to this issue, so it’s more interesting. So first we had the crouch-spam Sacred Ground heal, then we had this Hatchet damage multiply issue, and now we have players asking for more weapon bugs so we could balance the game better.
