Minecraft Bedrock 26.52 Hotfix Begins Rolling Out With 8 Fixes
The update improves network stability on Nintendo Switch, fixes an iOS launch problem, and addresses an achievement issue affecting older worlds with Marketplace add-ons.

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 26.52 is beginning its rollout with eight fixes aimed at stability, graphics, gameplay, add-ons, and the user interface. Nintendo Switch players should see better stability when connected to a network, while some iOS players will be able to launch the game again after the update reaches their devices.
Mojang posted the official 26.52 hotfix changelog on September 25, 2026. The hotfix will become available on each platform as approval is completed, so players may receive it at different times.
Other player-facing changes include corrected cube-map texture support on older Windows graphics hardware, invisible inventory items under specific display settings, and improved behavior for Spectator Mode players. Older worlds with Marketplace add-ons also receive a fix for achievements being disabled from version 26.50 onward.
Alongside those corrections, cushions in unloaded chunks will remain in place after a reload, and first-use onboarding can start the selected multiplayer world while the player’s Character Creator appearance loads. The full changelog covers the stability, visual, gameplay, add-on, and interface changes below.
