Mina the Hollower has reached the final stretch. Yacht Club Games said on an April 24 post on X that the game has gone gold, the submission process with first-party partners has started, and the studio will share a release date once it has one.

The game was originally lined up for Halloween 2025, then moved back on October 6 so the team could keep working on it. Mina the Hollower is the follow-up from the Shovel Knight studio, and Yacht Club has described it as its most ambitious project so far, with a Game Boy Color-style look and an MSX-influenced soundtrack.
Yacht Club also said in a February 12 post on X that the game will include more than 25 bosses and mini-bosses, 60 Trinkets, weapon upgrades, New Game Plus, and hundreds of gameplay modifiers. The Spring 2026 window is still in place, so the only thing left is the exact day.
Across that world you will face more than 25 bosses and mini-bosses, discover 60 Trinkets, upgrade your weapons, grow stronger through a full level-up system, explore New Game Plus, and experiment with hundreds of gameplay modifiers. pic.twitter.com/EYgzqMVsXs
