Marvel Rivals lets Loki run the show in Path to Doomsday
The limited-time mode pits six heroes against one boosted Loki, whose toolkit now centers on the Mind Stone, mind control, and illusions.
Marvel Rivals has added Path To Doomsday: The Avengers, a limited-time mode that puts six heroes up against a single Loki. The hero side still plays like a standard objective push, with teamwork and ability timing doing most of the heavy lifting. Loki is the curveball.
In this mode, Loki gets a major health boost and a kit that leans hard into the Mind Stone. His usual tricks still matter, including illusions and invisibility, but the standout tool is mind control, which lets him briefly seize an enemy hero and use that character’s full move set against the other team.

If you are on the six-hero side, the goal is simple enough. Stay together, keep pressure on the objective, and burn Loki down before his kit can snowball the fight. If you are playing as Loki, the mode is about dragging the enemy team into chaos and turning their own tools against them.
How long Path To Doomsday will last
The Marvel Rivals Path To Doomsday: The Avengers event will run until May 28, 2026, at 9 AM PT. That gives players a limited window to test the mode and collect the themed rewards tied to it.
