Marvel Rivals‘ Age of Ultron event is now available, bringing a new player-versus-environment mode where teams fight through waves of Ultron drones. The event also includes a free Ultron costume, along with a gallery card, MVP item, spray, emote, nameplate, and character-specific titles.
The event arrived as part of the July 30 update. Unlike the previous Path to Doomsday chapter, which used a 1v6 player-versus-player format, Age of Ultron asks players to work together against enemy waves inside the new PvE mode.
How to Unlock the Free Ultron Skin
To claim the Avengers: Age of Ultron Ultron skin, you need to clear the Age of Ultron mode on Hard difficulty for the first time. Select the mode from the event menu, then work through its challenges to collect the full reward set.
Some objectives are tied to specific heroes, while others ask you to defeat enemies, survive waves, or purchase upgrades. The Hard clear is the key requirement for the costume, so players focused only on Ranked matches will need to visit the new event mode.

|---|---|
| Clear Normal difficulty for the first time | 200 Units and Avengers: Age of Ultron Gallery Card |

When Does the Age of Ultron Event End?
The limited-time event will remain available until August 27, 2026. That gives players several weeks to clear Normal and Hard difficulty, defeat 3,000 enemies, finish 10 waves, purchase 15 upgrades, and complete the hero-specific objectives.
The fastest path to the costume is to finish a Normal run first, then complete a Hard run. After that, the remaining tasks can be handled through additional matches and by selecting the required heroes for their individual Hard-mode clears.
Marvel Rivals also has a trailer for the Path to Doomsday: Avengers: Age of Ultron PvE mode:
