Last Epoch Hotfix 1.4.1.1 restores missing Omen Idol and Oculus drops

Eleventh Hour Games published Hotfix 1.4.1.1 notes on March 29, 2026, confirming the update restores two missing loot drops that affected some players.
The previous Hotfix 1.4.1 addressed a broader set of stability, UI and item-drop problems, and this follow-up targets two specific regressions.
