A Best Buy store in the New York area reportedly displayed a Grand Theft Auto VI pre-order sign with a November 19, 2026 launch date. The poster also showed Xbox Series X|S and PS5 versions of Rockstar Games’ upcoming title.
The image was shared by Reddit user /u/massacreek, who viewed the sign as a sign that a delay was not currently expected. The poster itself does not confirm that the release date is locked, nor does it show that the same display has appeared at other Best Buy locations.
The sign advertised pre-orders as available “today” and included a QR code directing shoppers to more information. Its wording matches the November 19 date already associated with the console release, but a retail display alone is not the same as a fresh statement from Rockstar Games or publisher Take-Two Interactive.
For now, Grand Theft Auto VI remains scheduled for November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The reported store display offers a look at early retail marketing, while the final status of the date still depends on an official update.
