Gray Zone Warfare’s Rogue Ops Twitch Drops Begin Oct. 22 With 5 Stages

Any creator with Drops enabled can offer watch rewards, but the gold chat badge is limited to subscriptions on selected channels.

Gray Zone Warfare’s Rogue Ops Twitch Drops begin Oct. 22 and run through Nov. 6, with five stages offering timed rewards for watching streams. MADFINGER Games’ Steam announcement also details subscription rewards, a gold chat badge, and cosmetics that persist through wipes.

How to earn the rewards

Link your Steam and Twitch accounts through the Gray Zone Warfare campaign page, then watch a creator streaming the game with Drops enabled. Search Twitch for the “DropsEnabled” tag, and check the Drops & Rewards section in your Twitch account to track progress. Any creator streaming with Drops enabled can participate in the five stages.

Starter Packs contain consumables, gear, medical supplies, and firearms introduced in Update 0.5. Hideout Packs provide resources for building and upgrading your Hideout. Each pack can be claimed once on a single character, so choose where to redeem it carefully.

Campaign schedule and rewards

The schedule graphic gives Stage 1 a 16:00 UTC start on Oct. 22, but MADFINGER says that stage begins with the Update 0.5 release scheduled for Oct. 22, so its start time may differ. The remaining stages begin at 13:00 UTC. Times below are UTC, with Eastern conversions included where shown.

Each stage’s subscription reward requires subscribing to a participating creator or gifting a subscription. Prime subscriptions do not count. MADFINGER also has a separate Drops track on the official Gray Zone Warfare Twitch channel. It begins Oct. 22, with a Hideout Pack at 1 hour and an MFG Tactical T-shirt at 2 hours. The studio says the apparel is exclusive to its developer livestreams, with the first chance to earn it on launch day.

Which rewards survive a wipe

Pack contents are consumables and will be lost in a progression wipe. Twitch Drops apparel is permanent, carries over to future updates, and is available across all characters. MADFINGER also plans to resend the helmets and glasses earned during the Summer Twitch Drops campaign after Update 0.5 as a temporary fix, with permanent access to those rewards a longer-term goal.
