Forza Horizon 6’s Italian Exotics Update Brings New Cars and a Rivals Reset

The update adds Italian-themed Festival Playlist rewards, 52 EventLab props, dealership deals, and four cars in the Italian Passion Car Pack.

Forza Horizon 6 has begun rolling out its Italian Exotics update, which brings a new Festival Playlist series, fresh cars, EventLab additions, and a reset for the game’s Rivals Leaderboards. The update became available on Steam on July 13 at 5:00PM UTC, while the Italian Exotics Festival Playlist series will begin on July 16 at 2:30PM UTC.

The full announcement is available through the Steam announcement. The Italian Passion Car Pack will follow on July 14 at 3:00PM UTC. It is included with the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition and will also be sold separately through Steam.

Rivals Leaderboards Reset With the Update

Playground Games has reset all Rivals Leaderboards alongside the Italian Exotics release. The decision follows the discovery of unrealistic entries linked to glitches, exploits, and times recorded with Drag Tires before the June 15 physics changes.

Clean lap times used to unlock the associated Rivals Collection Journal items will remain intact. The team is also investigating similar issues affecting PR Stunts Leaderboards, although no reset date has been provided for those boards.

Italian Passion Car Pack Cars

The Italian Passion Car Pack adds four cars to the garage. Premium Edition owners will receive them at no extra cost once the pack becomes available on July 14 at 3:00PM UTC. Other players can purchase the pack separately.

  • 2025 Ferrari F80
  • 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB4 Spider
  • 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm
  • 1990 Alfa Romeo SE 048SP

The Ferrari F80 arrives with 1,200 horsepower and 1,050 kg of downforce. The Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm produces 533 horsepower, while the racing-focused SE 048SP uses a Ferrari-sourced 3.5-liter V12 producing around 680 horsepower. The 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB4 Spider is one of only 10 examples built.

Festival Playlist Rewards

The Italian Exotics Festival Playlist contains 10 Series Reward cars, including three new-to-Horizon vehicles. The 2024 Lamborghini Temerario, 2022 Ferrari 296 GTB, and 1984 De Tomaso Pantera GT5 will be available through Playlist events beginning July 16.

A Tank Latte Cup Collectible will also appear in the Ito region during the second week of the series. Players can earn the first Series History Reward, the 1972 Mazda Cosmo 110S Series II, after reaching 500 lifetime Festival Playlist points.

Italian Dealership and EventLab Additions

The Aftermarket dealership near the Horizon Stadium in Shimanoyama now has an Italian Exotics theme. Six cars that are usually exclusive to Wheelspins can appear there as Aftermarket Cars: the 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO, 2012 Ferrari 599XX Evolution, 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo, 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, 2011 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, and 1999 Lamborghini Diablo GTR.

EventLab, Customizable Garages, and The Estate receive 52 new props. The additions include festival and gameplay props, scaffolding, shipping containers, lanterns, plant pots, signs, vending machines, station pieces, fences, and other urban and rural objects. Existing props also receive more color variants.

Patch Notes

The update addresses AI behavior, skill tracking, Auction House pricing, and several exploits affecting progression and The Eliminator.

  • Improvements have been made to reduce excessive AI collisions on corner entries.
  • Fixed an issue causing the LINK Clean Sweep Skill to not be counted.
  • Removed Auction House price cap for cars not purchasable in the Autoshow.
  • Fixes have been applied to numerous exploits, including XP and credit farming using Auto Drive while AFK, Skill Points farming from Estates, and making yourself un-challengeable in The Eliminator by disabling head-to-head races.

The Italian Exotics series will run through August 13, giving players several weeks to collect its cars, complete Playlist events, and check out the temporary dealership.
