Fortnite’s Persona 5 Royal Crossover Will Arrive September 25, 2026, With Joker and Ann Takami
Joker and Ann Takami will be sold through the Item Shop, while a Morgana Sprite will improve the power of healing items.
Fortnite’s first Persona 5 Royal crossover will arrive on September 25, 2026, bringing Joker, Ann Takami, and a Morgana Sprite to Chapter 7 Season 4 Override. The character cosmetics will enter the Item Shop during the weekly reset at 5 p.m. PT and 8 p.m. ET.
An in-game news panel adds a more specific tease for Joker’s arrival. The character appears in a black suit surrounded by blue effects beneath the message “The Phantom Thieves Arrive”, followed by “On September 25, a Change of Heart is coming.” The panel itself does not confirm whether Joker is a built-in skin or explain how the cosmetic will be obtained.

Fortnite confirmed the collaboration with an announcement naming the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. The crossover will bring Persona 5 characters to the island for the first time, with individual purchases and a bundle planned for the Item Shop.

What Joker, Ann, and Morgana add to Fortnite
Joker will receive an outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, Emote, Wrap, Kicks, Guitar, and Emoji. Ann Takami will also have an outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, Emote, Mic, and Wrap. The available source details do not include prices, so players will have to wait for the Item Shop release to see how much each cosmetic and bundle costs.
Morgana will arrive as a Sprite rather than a standard outfit. Equipping the Sprite will improve the power of healing items, giving the Persona 5 crossover a gameplay effect alongside its cosmetics.
Persona 5 will join Override’s wider crossover lineup, which includes characters and themes from several gaming franchises. Epic Games and Sega have not confirmed additional Persona characters, so Ryuji, Futaba, and Makoto are not part of the announced release.
What remains unconfirmed
There is no confirmed information about Persona-themed Gliders, Loading Screens, or Jam Tracks. More Persona collaborations could happen later, but Fortnite has not announced any follow-up characters or content beyond Joker, Ann Takami, and Morgana.
