Fortnite’s Override Week Will Bring 2 Design-A-Sprite Winners
X-Ray Sprite and Onigiri Sprite will arrive alongside 5 new overrides, with events scheduled through September 5.

Fortnite’s Override week will bring the first 2 Design-A-Sprite winners into the game, alongside 5 new overrides arriving during the week of August 31. The colorful lineup is getting busier, and tiny characters are ready to cause some wonderfully small chaos.
X-Ray Sprite by Avila215 and Onigiri Sprite by @enorull will be the first 2 winners to arrive from the 5-entry Design-A-Sprite lineup. The official Fortnite announcement confirms the opening pair and the weekly rollout. Onigiri Sprite takes the place of @enorull’s Bullet Sprite in the schedule, while more Design-A-Sprite winners are planned for later in the season.
Override week dates to watch
Cheat Code Day is scheduled for Monday, August 31, with new overrides set to arrive on September 1. Update Day follows on Thursday, September 3, and Power Hours are scheduled for Saturday, September 5. Fortnite players have several colorful milestones to keep an eye on throughout the week.
The first 2 Sprite winners are the clearest new additions in the announcement, while the remaining winners will arrive later in the season. The Override lineup still has plenty of room to grow.
