On Thursday, the developer Epic Games forced a new update for Fortnite. The update is with the purpose to of fixing stability issues on all platforms. The update is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Android, while Nintendo Switch will get it slightly bit later.
We’ve released a maintenance patch for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Android devices to address stability issues. Players will need to close their game to grab the update. We’ll provide an update when this is available on Nintendo Switch.
In order to get the latest update, players will be forced to restart their game client. The official announcement for this update can be found below.
