BLAST Open Porto’s group stage has concluded, sending six teams from BLAST’s Copenhagen studios to the Super Bock Arena in Portugal. The playoff stage will begin on September 4, with Falcons facing G2 and FURIA meeting Vitality in the quarterfinals.
Spirit and MOUZ bypassed the opening playoff round after winning their groups. Spirit defeated FURIA, while MOUZ took down Falcons. Vitality and G2 recovered through the lower bracket to claim the remaining quarterfinal places.
The Falcons versus G2 series brings NiKo and huNter- into another meeting after the teams’ Stage 3 opener at the IEM Cologne Major. FURIA and Vitality will also renew their rivalry, playing each other for the first time since IEM Rio.
Spirit’s run has already included a 2-0 victory over G2, and the bracket now gives Falcons a possible path toward another meeting with Spirit. The two teams landed on the same side after Falcons lost its group winners’ match, meaning a Cologne Major semifinal rematch could happen if Falcons reaches the final four.
How the Porto bracket will unfold
The quarterfinals will take place on September 4. The winners will return the next day for the semifinals, where Spirit and MOUZ will await them.

- September 5 at 16:00 – Spirit vs. the Falcons and G2 winner
- September 5 at 19:30 – MOUZ vs. the FURIA and Vitality winner
- September 6 at 16:00 – BLAST Open Porto 2026 grand final
Every match will be played in Portugal after the group stage took place in Copenhagen, giving the closing rounds a new setting and a clean path from the quarterfinals to the trophy.
