A tiny sip of juice may be doing a lot more work than expected in Escape from Tarkov. A player has identified an interaction involving a modifier that appears to provide the full 60 seconds of painkiller effect after consuming only 1/40 of the drink.

One juice can be divided into 40 portions. If each portion triggers the same effect, that would amount to roughly 40 minutes of painkiller duration from a single item. The post also claims there are no negative effects from taking the small sip, aside from a possible allergy.
The attached gameplay clip is the main evidence for the interaction, but the finding comes from one player and has not been independently confirmed. It is also unclear whether the behavior is intended, tied to a specific modifier setup, or something Battlestate Games could change in a later update.
For now, players should treat the juice interaction as an unverified mechanic rather than a guaranteed way to maintain painkiller coverage. If the effect works consistently, it could make a single drink far more useful during a raid than its portion size suggests.
