Work Smarter is a location task, not an extraction requirement. Find either of Customs’ hidden exits, Smugglers’ Boat or Smugglers’ Bunker (ZB-1012), and you do not need to use it to complete the quest.

Requirements and objectives

Jaeger gives this quest. Its listed previous quest is Acquaintance. No player-level requirement is specified in the quest details.

Locate the secret extraction on Customs.
Optional: obtain the Note with code word Voron to extract through a secret exit.

Equipment

No particular weapon or loadout is listed for the location objective. The Note with code word Voron is optional for quest completion and is relevant if you intend to use a secret extraction.

How to complete Work Smarter

Enter Customs and visit either Smugglers’ Boat or Smugglers’ Bunker (ZB-1012). Either location satisfies the objective.
Extracting through the hidden exit is not required. The listed objectives do not include a separate hand-in step.
