Battlestate Games has announced new balancing changes to their popular tactical first-person shooter, Escape From Tarkov. The adjustments primarily focus on the availability of different ammunition types, crafting recipes, and trader stocks. These changes are expected to impact the in-game economy and player strategies. Let’s look at the specific updates and how they may affect gameplay.

Several types of 9x21mm and 4.6x30mm ammunition will see altered availability from traders, including:

  • 9x21mm P
  • 9x21mm PE
  • 9x21mm PS
  • 4.6x30mm Action SX
  • 4.6x30mm Subsonic SX
  • 4.6x30mm FMJ

These modifications are expected to influence players’ choice of weapons and tactics, as ammunition scarcity will play a crucial role in decision-making. Battlestate Games has also made changes to the crafting recipes for various ammunitions, including:

  • 7.62x30mm BP GZH
  • 9x39mm BP GS
  • Gunpowder Kite
  • 9x21mm BT gzh
  • 9x39mm SPP gs
  • 8.62x51mm M80
  • 7.62x54MM R SNB
  • 7.62x51mm M61

In addition to the availability and crafting changes, Escape from Tarkov has made slight alterations to trader stocks. This change will likely affect how players prioritize their purchases and manage their in-game resources. Below you can find the complete details and the item requirements:
