Stash one Virtex programmable processor and one Military COFDM Wireless Signal Transmitter in Lighthouse's northern train-yard lab.
The key to From Hand to Hand is getting both required devices into the right place. Stash one of each inside the lab in Lighthouse’s northern train yard. Neither item is listed as requiring found-in-raid status.
Requirements and objectives
Skier loyalty level 3 is the access requirement. It is a trader loyalty threshold, not a character-level requirement.
- Stash one Virtex programmable processor inside the makeshift lab on Lighthouse.
- Stash one Military COFDM Wireless Signal Transmitter inside the makeshift lab on Lighthouse.

How to complete From Hand to Hand
- Bring one of each required item to Lighthouse.
- Go to the train yard’s northern container area and find the group of stacked shipping containers.
- Enter the lab inside that container group and stash both items there to complete the objectives.
Both objectives are stash tasks. The quest entry lists no separate hand-in step.
