Escape From Tarkov “Doxed” Quest Guide
Find the shipment-data SSD in TerraGroup's second-floor office and return it to Mechanic.
Doxed sends you into TerraGroup’s main building on Ground Zero to recover an SSD for Mechanic. The drive is in office 3 on the second floor, sitting on a red computer tower beneath a desk. Getting it out of the building is not enough. You need to extract with the quest item and hand it over to finish the task.
Requirements and Objectives
Reach Mechanic loyalty level 2 and accept Side Hustle from Therapist to unlock Doxed. Accept Mechanic’s task before going after the drive.
- Locate the SSD with delivery routes on Ground Zero
- Hand over the found intel
The pickup is the SSD with shipment data, a dedicated quest item. An ordinary SSD collected as loot will not replace it.
Where to Find the SSD on Ground Zero
Head to the main TerraGroup building on the east side of the central courtyard. The smaller garage is a separate building immediately to its north. Skyside stands across the courtyard to the west.
If you already know the Saving the Mole route through TerraGroup, you are returning to the same complex, but looking for a different office and a different drive.
- Enter the main TerraGroup building and go up to the second floor.
- Find the door marked 3. You want the open-plan office with the kitchen, not office 4 next door.
- Search the desks beside the windows. Look underneath them for a red PC tower.
- Pick up the SSD from the top of that tower. It is below desk height, so looking only across the desktop can make it easy to miss.
Check the item name as you take it. The drive goes into your quest-item inventory rather than taking up a normal slot in your backpack.
Extracting and Handing Over the Intel
The SSD only appears for this task while Doxed is active. Dying before you get it out loses the quest item, which means another trip to the office.
Once you have it, make extraction your priority. Avoid turning a successful pickup into an unnecessary fight on the way out. After returning to your stash, open Mechanic’s task menu, hand over the intel and complete Doxed.
The drive helps trace the TerraGroup employee’s precursor deliveries. It is a separate hand-in from the containers needed for Side Hustle, so do not mistake recovering this intel for finishing Therapist’s item objective.
