Digital Puzzle is Mechanic’s Seasonal-mode decryption task, not an ordinary PvP/PvE quest. Obtain a Black Division rugged laptop, turn it into Data from Black Division laptop at your hideout, and hand over the resulting data rather than the unprocessed laptop.
Requirements
- Play in Seasonal mode, not ordinary PvP/PvE. This is part of the KORD BREACH Seasonal questline.
- Have Intelligence Center level 1. The task unlocks the craft for Data from Black Division laptop.
- Obtain one Black Division rugged laptop; it does not need found-in-raid status.
Objectives
- Hand over the data from the Black Division rugged laptop
Obtain the Correct Laptop
Find a Black Division rugged laptop on Black Division operatives and bring it back for the hideout craft. Check the item name before using or selling it: this is not the Laptop from an unknown facility used for the earlier Fence-versus-Mechanic choice. If you already have the correct rugged laptop, its lack of found-in-raid status does not disqualify it for this task.
Decrypt and Deliver the Data
At Intelligence Center level 1, select the Data from Black Division laptop craft unlocked by the task. Use the rugged laptop for that decryption, collect the finished data, and hand the data to Mechanic. The hand-in objective is for the processed data, not for another raw laptop.
