A PvE Bug Is Letting Escape from Tarkov Scavs Enter Labs for BD1 Gear
Players with Fence reputation above 6.0 reportedly avoid attacks from the AI while BD1 units spawn in Black Division gear.

Escape from Tarkov players have reportedly found a PvE-only bug that lets them enter Labs as Scavs while BD1 units spawn in terminal Black Division gear. The discovery appeared in a Reddit discussion, which also describes unusual AI behavior during these raids.
According to the discussion, the BD1 units can appear with equipment such as the Siege-R. The AI reportedly attacks other AI instead of the player, provided the player’s Fence reputation is above 6.0. That gives high-reputation Scavs a much safer opportunity to move through Labs than the map normally allows.
Siege-R gear is the main attraction
The reported behavior is limited to PvE, so it does not offer the same access in PvP-S. For players who have no interest in that mode, the bug could provide a chance to obtain Siege-R equipment through a Labs Scav run.
There is no indication in the discussion that this is an intended Labs feature. Players should treat the access and AI behavior as a temporary bug, especially since either part could change without warning.
