Well, looks like I’m through with armor, took a bit of an effort, though. If I need some more, you’ll help me out, right? Anyway, now I have to get my hands on tactical rigs, and some of them are pretty hard to come by, but you’ll pull through, right? I need grey BlackRocks and green TVs. Bring at least a couple of each, and it’ll be fine. Look for them yourself though, no traders, okay?
Objectives
- Obtain and hand over 1 6B43 Zabralo-Sh body armor (EMR).
- Obtain and hand over 10 class 5 or 6 ballistic plates.
Rewards (base amounts)

- 173,250 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
- 189,750 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
- Unlocks craft for 5.11 Tactical TacTec plate carrier (Ranger Green) at Lavatory level 3

Guide
Prepare one 6B43 Zabralo-Sh body armor (EMR) and ten class 5 or 6 ballistic plates, then hand them to Ragman. Neither handover requires found-in-raid status. The former two-armor durability ranges are not part of this checklist; do not damage the armor to meet them.
