Dune: Awakening 1.4.10.5 Hotfix Focuses on Landsraad and Deep Desert Issues

The client-side update fixes Static Compactor failures and removes vehicles left on closed Deep Desert servers.

Dune: Awakening is receiving another small hotfix, with version 1.4.10.5 focused on two problems affecting Landsraad missions and the Deep Desert. Funcom detailed the changes in its Steam announcement.

The first fix targets the Static Compactor, which could fail to unearth objects during both the Convergence and Sample Recovery Landsraad missions. That should remove a frustrating roadblock for players working through those objectives.

The second issue affected some players on the Harmony World. A Sub-Fief Console could remain on a closed Deep Desert server, causing the Sub-Fief to count against the player’s total land-claim limit. Funcom also cleared vehicles that were still sitting on closed Deep Desert servers across all worlds.

Version 1.4.10.5 requires a client-side download. If it does not appear automatically, players should restart the Steam client. The servers will be coming back up shortly.
