Diablo 4’s 3.0.3 patch is coming for quest blockers and War Plan bugs
Blizzard says the May 26 update will also address item and skill issues across all platforms.

Diablo 4’s 3.0.3 patch is focused on cleanup rather than new content. Blizzard posted the full notes on its Diablo IV patch notes page, and the update will go live on May 26 for all platforms.
The biggest fixes land in expansion quests and War Plans. Blizzard is addressing missing bridges, invisible Siege Towers, blocked objectives, infinite boss summons, infinite Goblin spawns, missing Grim Favors from Duriel’s Invasion, and a Pit problem tied to Choron’s Soul and Choron’s Flesh modifiers. There are also item and skill fixes in the base game, plus a handful of stability and performance tweaks.
