Deep Rock Galactic’s Hoxxes Halloween Will Return Oct. 22 With a New Hat
Miners can also recover past Halloween cosmetics and bring flying skulls back for a Double Performance Point Bonus.
Deep Rock Galactic’s Hoxxes Halloween event will send miners back into the caves on Thursday, Oct. 22, with a new headgear reward, flying skulls, and a spooky Space Rig. Ghost Ship Games’ Steam announcement schedules the event from 13:00 CET on Oct. 22 through 13:00 CET on Nov. 5.
Completing the special assignment during the event will earn the Straw Boss headgear. Miners who missed earlier Hoxxes Halloween celebrations can also complete the Last Year’s Horrors assignment to claim headgear from past events before Nov. 5.
Flying skulls will return to the caves, and bringing one back will earn a Double Performance Point Bonus. The announcement also promises Double XP bonuses, giving miners more than one reason to keep an eye out during missions.
The Space Rig will get its own Halloween makeover, with pumpkins and ghosts decorating the hub ahead of each trip into the mines.
