Hey, gamers! 🎮 Are you ready to jump back into the action with the latest update for Deadlock? The 11-10-2024 patch has just dropped, shaking things up a bit! With some tweaks that might make or break your gameplay, let’s spill the tea on what you need to know!
Patch Notes Breakdown
The developers have made some Major adjustments aimed at balancing gameplay. Here’s what’s new:
- Soul Sharing ratios post-lane: Reduced from 100/100/66/50/40/33% to 100/75/50/35/28/22%
- Yamato Adjustments:
- Shadow Transformation Bullet and Spirit Resist reduced from 60% to 50%
- Shadow Transformation Heal reduced from 30% to 25%
- Shadow Transformation duration reduced from 6s to 5.5s
- Paradox Adjustments:
- Paradoxical Swap time increased by 0.1s (to help with camera)
You guys, I can’t even express how these updates will change everything! First off, let’s talk about those Soul Sharing ratios. Reducing them across the board means we’re gonna see fewer OP plays after the lane phase. Can we just take a moment to appreciate how this could impact strategy? It’s like they’re saying “Hey! Stay on your toes!” 🥳
The changes for Yamato are pretty hefty, too! With Shadow Transformation getting both heal and resist reductions, it will force players (like me!) to rethink our tactics big time. Those extra seconds of healing were my safety net during intense battles. Now it feels more like walking a tightrope without a net beneath me, yikes!
A Little More Time with Paradox?
The small increase in swap time for Paradox is intriguing. A whole extra tenth of a second might not sound like much, but trust me, it can feel like an eternity when you’re trying to outsmart your opponent or escape disaster! 😱 Will this change alter how we approach combos? I guess only time will tell!
