Apex Legends nerfs RE-45 Elite, increases Evo Harvester spawns across maps

Apex Legends got a small tuning update today that hits the RE-45 Elite and the Evo Harvester spawns. Respawn trimmed the pistol’s magazine and bumped up recoil, and they moved Harvesters around so you’ll find more of them across maps, but fewer clumped in a single POI.

If you liked tapping targets with the RE-45, this will sting. Losing three rounds at every tier – including the base tier – and increased horizontal and vertical recoil means your hip-fire rhythm will change. Projectile size has been reduced to match other pistols so that longer shots from some pistols might behave differently. Remember the last time a gun felt like a laser?

Harvesters going from ~7 to ~10 per map makes them more common overall, but the reduced chance of multiple Harvesters in a single POI should spread them out and cut down on concentrated stacks. It won’t stop people from third-partying you, but it does kinda make finding upgrades more predictable.
